ABOUT YOUR ORDER
Once your online order has been received, we will contact you within 72 hours with details on stock availability and delivery or pick-up arrangements. We're sorry we are currently not able to guarantee immediate availability on all items. In rare instances, delivery may take up to 8 weeks. Charges authorized to your credit card at the time of sale will be processed immediately. You may cancel your order at any time prior to delivery for a complete refund.
The quick ship symbol indicates that the item is in-stock at our regional distribution centers, ready to be shipped to your local store. Contact your local store for further details regarding availability.
Home Delivery
Our delivery professionals have one goal in mind: to bring your purchase to your home with efficiency and care. To help us achieve our goal, there are a few things you can do prior to your delivery:
1. Remove pictures, mirrors, plants and tables from the path of the delivery.
2. Remove any breakable objects from the general delivery path and destination room.
3. Have the set-up area for the new furniture clear of other furniture and accessories.
4. New furniture often seems larger in your home than in the store setting. Taking one final measurement before delivery is recommended if you are concerned about space/size.
IF YOU CANNOT BE HOME FOR YOUR DELIVERY:
1. Leave a key in a safe place for our delivery people. After the delivery, they will lock the key in your home.
2. A neighbor, apartment manager, or family member could help. If you choose this option, we need his/her address and/or phone number.
3. Our delivery people can call you one hour before reaching your home to give you time to meet them.
Visible Damage
While we take every step possible to handle your
merchandise with care, occasionally damage does occur
during shipping or handling. Please inspect your purchase
promptly after you receive it and report any visible damage
within 5 days to your local Slumberland store. After 5 days, any
applicable delivery, service and repair fees will be charged
to you.
Important Notes:
1. Upholstery – Dye lots on display fabrics and sample
swatches may differ from the products actually delivered
by the manufacturer. Because leather is a natural
material, surface marks and color variances are a sign
the leather is genuine.
2. Wood products – Wood solids and veneers show unique
variations in grain qualities on the same piece of
furniture. Blemishes and imperfections are innate to real
wood surfaces and demonstrate authenticity.
3. Warranties – Slumberland honors extended
manufacturer warranties and will provide professional
service in the event of any claims. Applicable
transportation and service fees will be charged to you.
CUSTOMER PICKUPS
Hours for customer pickups vary by location. Please check with your store for
details. Before picking up your purchase at the store or warehouse, please call
the number provided by your sales associate at least one hour ahead and let us
know you are coming. Your phone call will help us verify that your merchandise
is ready and minimize potential waiting time for you. Should you need to
exchange or return merchandise originally picked up, it will be your responsibility
to transport the merchandise to and from the store or warehouse. Otherwise, a
delivery charge will apply.
