Slumberland Advantage Card and Club Rewards Program Details

With the Slumberland Advantage Credit Card, you become a Member of the Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Program, a Membership Program administered by Slumberland Furniture with no annual fee** or minimum purchase required. The Program is automatically available to existing and new approved Advantage Credit Card customers of Slumberland Furniture and its franchisees. As a Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Program Member, you can earn Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Certificates good towards future Slumberland purchases. It’s easy! Simply make a purchase with your Slumberland Advantage Credit Card. To receive Program benefits, you must use your Slumberland Advantage Credit Card, and your account must be in good standing. Card approval is required to obtain a Slumberland Advantage Credit Card issued by Wells Fargo Financial National Bank.

The Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Program benefits include:

• Earn Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Certificates based on your total purchases in each cycle period*
• Receive advance notice of special sales and offers from Slumberland. As an Advantage Card holder, you will periodically receive special mail offers available only to Card holders.

• With any combination of purchases totaling $0-749 during a Program cycle, you will earn one $25 Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Certificate
• With any combination of purchases totaling $750 or more during a Program cycle, you will earn one $50 Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Certificate
• Each Program cycle lasts six months. Cycles will run from November 1 to April 30 and May 1 to October 31 each year.
• Rewards level is based on the total of all finalized merchandise purchases (less returns and credits) made with your Slumberland Advantage Credit Card on eligible merchandise. (1) Eligible merchandise includes all merchandise sold by Slumberland stores but does not include merchandise purchased with Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Certificates, gift certificates, and/or gift cards.
• Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Certificates are valid towards the purchase of eligible merchandise only. Eligible merchandise includes all merchandise sold by Slumberland stores but does not include (1) prior merchandise purchases; (2) certain items restricted from additional discount by Slumberland or the manufacturer. (3) Advantage Club Rewards Certificates may not be used to pay for any sales taxes, delivery charges, finance charges, shipping and processing fees.
• Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Certificates are awarded based on your total purchases as described above at the close of business on the last day in the Program cycle. Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Certificates will be issued in May for the first Program cycle and in November for the second Program cycle.
• Eligible purchase amounts will be aggregated semi-annually and rounded to the nearest whole dollar amount to determine Rewards level for each Program cycle.
• Your Slumberland Advantage Credit Card account must be open and in good standing at the time the Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Certificates are issued to receive a Certificate.
• Lost or expired Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Certificates will not be replaced.
• Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Certificates expire three months after date of issuance.
• A minimum purchase is required for redemption of your Rewards Certificate. Minimum purchase requirements are specified on the Rewards Certificate.
• Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Certificates are based on finalized purchases only (customers must take delivery of merchandise) -- less refunds, exchanges or credits.
• Purchases may not be carried over to the next Program cycle.
• Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards accrual will begin upon the Program Enrollment Date. No retroactive Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Points will be awarded.
• Only the Member may redeem the Club Rewards Points. Photo identification is required for redemption of Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Certificates.
• Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards purchases cannot be transferred from one credit card account to another. Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards purchases from multiple credit card accounts cannot be added together.
• Additional costs and fees are at the Member's expense.
• All Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Certificates will be delivered to the Member via U.S. mail.
• All Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards purchases not redeemed by the Member prior to Program cancellation will be forfeited.
• Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Certificates will not be extended beyond the expiration date.
• The Slumberland Advantage Credit Card and Club Rewards Program and resulting rewards are subject to change without notice.
• Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Certificates are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold for cash or other consideration or if altered. Photocopies, facsimiles or other reproductions of Certificates are also void.
• Slumberland Furniture reserves the right to amend, cancel, or temporarily suspend the Slumberland Club Rewards Program, or change any of the Program Terms and Conditions, at any time without notice, which will result in the forfeiture of all outstanding Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards eligibility and Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Certificates.
• Slumberland Furniture reserves the right to cancel any Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Membership in the event of fraud, abuse of Program privileges or violation of the Program Rules (including any attempt to sell, exchange or transfer Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Certificates or any instrument exchangeable for Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards).
• The terms of this Awards Program are void where prohibited by law.
• Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Points and Certificates may not be valid where restricted by law.

** No annual fee: The Slumberland Advantage credit card is issued with approved credit by Wells Fargo Financial National Bank. For newly opened accounts, the regular APR is 27.99%. The APR may vary. The APR is given as of 07/01/2011. If you are charged interest in any billing cycle, the minimum interest charge will be $1.00.

Slumberland Furniture reserves the right to change or discontinue the Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Program at any time without notice or cancel Membership for any Member for any reason. Cancellation of the Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Program does not affect Slumberland Advantage Card Credit Card accounts, a separate Program issued and managed by Wells Fargo Financial National Bank. Slumberland employees and their immediate families are not eligible for the Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Program. Slumberland Advantage Credit Card Membership is not transferable. Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Certificates have no cash value. The Slumberland Advantage Credit Card and Slumberland Advantage Club Rewards Programs and resulting rewards are subject to change without notice.
