We do recognize that a furniture and/or mattress purchase is a big commitment. You want to be confident that you've made the right choice for your home, your family, and your budget. That's why we offer a Total Satisfaction Guarantee on all regular furniture and mattress purchases.

Our Furniture Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the appearance, fit, or feel of your furniture within 30 days, you are entitled to a one-time exchange or refund.

  • Coverage: Any issues with the product's appearance, fit or feel
  • Duration: Within 30 days of merchandise receipt
  • Stipulations:
    • Furniture must be in the original condition as when purchased
    • A valid receipt is required
    • Buyers are responsible for any applicable delivery fees on exchanges or returns
  • Does not include:
    • Linens
    • Protect-All mattress protectors
    • Special order items
    • Clearance/as is merchandise
    • Outlet Merchandise
Clearance and AS-IS Merchandise

Clearance and AS-IS merchandise may be returned for store credit within 24 hours of purchase. Manufacturer warranties do not apply.

Special Order Merchandise

A 50% down payment is required on all special order merchandise. Should you void your order or return the merchandise after receipt, a 25% restocking fee will apply. In the event of a defect or damage, our Service Team will work with you to correct the problem. Please remember that special order merchandise is being created just for you. Estimated arrival times are approximate and not guaranteed.

Our Mattress and Pillow Guarantee

Our satisfaction guarantee is 120 nights for mattresses and pillows provided a Protect-All protector is purchased for each item. If you are not satisfied with your mattress and/or pillows within 120 days, you are entitled to a one-time exchange.

NOTE: Because it takes time to adjust to the feel of a new mattress or pillow, we recommend buyers sleep on them for a minimum of 30 nights before making the decision to reselect.

  • Coverage: Any issues with the product's fit or feel
  • Duration: Within 120 days of merchandise receipt
  • Stipulations:
    • A valid receipt is required
    • A Protect-All protector must be purchased for each item with the original sale
    • Buyers are entitled to a one-time mattress/pillow reselection

Our Price Guarantee

We strive to provide you with the most affordable, top-quality products in town, and we place a high value on your support of our brand.

If within 30 days of your purchase, you find a local competitor offering a lower price on the same or a comparable displayed item of the same brand, we will refund the difference after verification of the other store's price and product availability.

  • Coverage: The price difference on the same or comparable displayed item of the same brand sold by a local competitor at a lower price
  • Duration: Within 30 days of purchase date
  • Stipulations:
    • Buyer must provide proof of competitor's price and product availability
    • Applies only to the delivered price for in-stock, comparable items of the same brand
  • Promise: If, for any reason, Slumberland is unable to match a competitor's price, buyers will receive $100 back

Slumberland is committed to your satisfaction. If you have any concerns about the condition of your merchandise, our team of service professionals will address your claim according to the following guidelines:

Manufacturer Defects

Slumberland guarantees 90 days of free service on merchandise with manufacturing defects. Please report any defects to our Service Department within 90 days of delivery. After 90 days, any applicable delivery and service fees will be charged to you. Upon receiving a claim, we will work with you to determine the appropriate course of action which may include one or more of the following:

  • Inspect damaged merchandise in your home.
  • Provide service in your home or our warehouse at our discretion.
  • Repair or replace the part or merchandise at our discretion.
Important Note About Warranties

Please read and retain all information provided by individual manufacturers for care and handling of specific products to ensure warranty validity. Warranties do not apply and/or will be voided in any conditions caused by damage, improper use, insufficient care, or abuse occurring after the date of sale to the original purchaser.

Important Product Reminders
  • Upholstery – Dye lots on display fabrics and sample swatches may vary slightly from the products actually delivered by the manufacturer. Because leather is a natural material, surface marks and color variances are a sign the leather is genuine.
  • Wood products – Wood solids and veneers show unique variations in grain pattern on the same piece of furniture. Blemishes and imperfections are innate to real wood surfaces and demonstrate authenticity.
  • Accessories – Please carefully inspect all pictures, lamps and other accessories before you leave the store. We do not service take-with accessory items.
  • Warranties – Slumberland honors extended manufacturer warranties and will provide professional service in the event of any claims. Applicable transportation and service fees will be charged to you.

We specifically disclaim any and all statutory or implied warranties, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages you may incur, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not you have advised us of the possibility of such damages.
