Slumberland allows exchanges or returns of Ashley furniture within our standard policy timeframe. The item must be in original condition and you need a valid receipt. For returns, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method or store credit.

• Full-service delivery: With full-service delivery, our professional delivery drivers carry your furniture inside. They will unpack your new product and assemble it if required. You can ensure that it has arrived without damage. They will then remove and dispose of the packaging.
