Paying for your Purchase

  • Paid in full:Your order can be scheduled for pick up or delivery once payment has been made in full or with approved financing.
  • Half down: Your order will reserve merchandise with 50% deposit or approved financing.
  • 90 Days: Your order can be scheduled for pick up or delivery up to a maximum of 90 days from date of purchase.

Our Total Satisfaction Guarantee

All exchanged merchandise must be in original condition to qualify for satisfaction guarantee. We reserve the right to inspect all merchandise prior to issuing credit.

Mattresses

  • 120 nights: When purchasing both your mattress and mattress protector from Slumberland; you will receive 120 nights to confirm your satisfaction.
  • First 30 nights: It is recommended you sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow both your body and mattress to adjust.
  • At any time within 120 night: if you are unhappy with the comfort, size, or height of your mattress set, a one-time reselect would be available. A $99 re-select fee will apply. No refunds. Applicable delivery fees also apply.
  • 120 nights: When purchasing both your mattress and mattress protector from Slumberland; you will receive 120 nights to confirm your satisfaction.
  • If your reselection is of lesser value, the difference will be placed on a Slumberland gift card or applied to other merchandise.
  • Special order sizes are excluded (Twin XL, Full XL & California King).

Furniture

30 days: After you take possession, if you are unhappy with the size, shape, look or fit of your merchandise:

  • Within the first 5 days a full refund is available.
  • After that, up to 30 days, a one-time reselect is available. A $99 re-select fee will apply.
  • If your reselection is of lesser value, the difference will be placed on a Slumberland gift card or applied to other merchandise.
  • Applicable delivery fees also apply.

Exclusions

These categories of items are exempt from the satisfaction guarantee – no returns or exchanges.

  • Adjustable Power bases.
  • “Top-of-Bed” – Sheets, comforters, pillows, protectors.
  • Special order merchandise.
  • Outlet/Clearance/As-Is/Floor Samples.
  • Items exchanged for warranty claims.

As-Is/Floor Samples

  • All items need to be picked up or delivered within 14 days of purchase.
  • All sales are final once possession is taken. No refunds or exchanges.

Special Order Merchandise

  • “Special Order” is defined as an item that is custom ordered from the manufacturer, to your specifications.
  • Canceling a special order purchase before taking possession will incur a 25% fee.
  • All sales are final once possession is taken. No refunds or exchanges.
  • No more than 75% of purchase amount can be financed.

Refunds

  • Cash and Check refunds will be in the form of a check and issued within 10 business days from when the payment has posted to all bank accounts.
  • Bank/Credit card payments will be refunded back to the same card as the original payment was made. Banks vary on processing time of refunds. A Slumberland Gift card can be substituted if the original card is invalid.

Our Low Price Guarantee

If, within 30 days of your purchase, you find a local competitor offering a lower price we will refund the difference after verification of the other store’s price, product availability and terms. Guarantee applies to the delivered price for in-stock, comparable items of the same brand. If for any reason we are unable to match the price, we’ll give you $100 back.

Receiving Your Merchandise

Picking Up Merchandise

  • Hours of operation are unique to each location.
  • Please call 1 hour ahead of time to prevent a long wait.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to secure merchandise and inspect for damage before taking possession.
  • Slumberland may refuse to load merchandise if it poses a safety concern.
  • Please only use vehicles appropriate for transporting furniture.
  • If merchandise needs to be delivered, it will have to be scheduled through our delivery department and incur standard delivery rates.

Service and Repair

Handling Damage (at time of delivery)

  • Any damage to your home or product must be reported to your local store within 5 days.
  • We reserve the right to inspect the product. Service may be denied if damage was discovered to have occurred after delivery.
  • Slumberland will either repair/replace the item or component, at our discretion.

Manufacturer Defects (Product Warranty)

  • Product warranties vary by manufacturer.
  • Slumberland will help facilitate service based on the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Slumberland reserves the right to inspect all warranty claims and will decide to repair or replace defective merchandise at our discretion – no refunds.
  • Slumberland will provide service within our delivery areas.
  • For the first 90 days, Slumberland will provide service at no charge.
  • After 90 days of the product being in your home, inspection fees, delivery fees, and technician labor costs may apply.
  • For items outside of the manufacturer’s warranty, Slumberland will provide a technician referral in your area.
  • All “As-Is” merchandise sales are final. Manufacturer warranties do not apply.
