The Hill Crest bed is all about the wood. It’s crafted of sustainable, plantation grown hardwoods, and treated to a 17-step finishing process that includes hand sanding and hand-applied oil. The storage footboard has a low profile that won’t obstruct your view if you watch TV in bed—and it has two drawers featuring dovetail construction and heavy-duty full-extension drawer glides. The drawer interiors have three coats of clear finish, and are hand sanded in between each coat to ensure smoothness. All four legs have levelers for use on uneven floors.
