SLUMBERLAND GRAND OPENING GIVEAWAY:

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To enter the “Slumberland Grand Opening Giveaway,” fill out the entry form in-store to enter to win with your name, email address, phone number and zip code, per the page instructions, during the contest entry periods of April 6–April 12, 2026, April 13–April19, 2026, April 20, 2026–April 26, April 27–May 3, 2026, May 4, 2026–May10, 2026 and May 11–May 17, 2026. All entries become the property of Slumberland Furniture. No mail-in entries will be accepted. Limit one entry per household per entry period.

2. NOTIFICATION & RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Prize winners will be notified by phone or email no later than the Friday following the drawing, and will be required to provide a valid social security or federal tax ID number as well as sign an Affidavit of Acceptance & Eligibility and a Publicity/Liability Release & Consent form which must be completed before awarding of the prize. Slumberland Furniture is not responsible for unsuccessful attempts to notify winners. If the selected winner is ineligible, or if the affidavit and release forms are not completed and returned for any reason prior to award of the prize, an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes are non-transferrable. All taxes and any costs or fees associated with the prize award are the sole responsibility of the winners. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Prize values will be reported to the IRS and State Revenue department via form 1099.

3. PRIZES: One (1) winner will get their choice of Tempur-Pedic products with up to $18,000 covering the purchase during the contest period of April 6–April 12, 2026; one (1) winner will get their choice of Sealy productswith up to $6,00 covering the purchase during the contest period of April 13–April19, 2026; one (1) winner will get their choice of Purple products with up to $4,500 covering the purchase during the contest period of April 20, 2026–April 26; one (1) winner will get their choice of a Nectar mattress up to $2,800 covering the purchase during the contest period of April 27–May 3, 2026; one (1) winner will get their choice of Stearns & Foster products with up to $9,000 covering the purchase during the contest period of May 4, 2026–May10, 2026; and one (1) winner will get their choice of a SlumberKing Sleep System that includes SlumberKing mattress, bed, sheets, adjustable base and mattress protector or up to $6,200 store credit to be used on any furniture purchase during the contest period of May 11–May 17, 2026. Following notification, winners will have 72 hours to claim their prize (delivery fees may apply). Winners grant permission to the use of their name(s), photograph/likeness for advertising and promotion purposes for this and other events without additional compensation. Only one winner per household per entire contest period. Product giveaways only valid at Springfield, MO locations.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to all persons who are 18 years or older, who are permanent residents of the United States except employees (and their immediate family members) of Slumberland Furniture or suppliers; their divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, media and promotion agencies involved with this promotion. Winner must live within 30 miles of a Slumberland Furniture location. This offer void where prohibited by law and subject to applicable federal, state and local taxes and regulations. Entrants accept the conditions stated in the rules and agree to be bound by the decisions of Slumberland Furniture. One entry per email address per entry period is allowed.

5. Entrants release Slumberland Furniture, their suppliers, their divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, and promotion agencies from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Giveaways, including any liability from personal injury.

6. Slumberland Furniture reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Slumberland Furniture reserves the right to revoke or cancel this promotion at any time. Any person attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaways will be disqualified.
