People generally “sink” into these types of mattresses, and these types of mattresses offer excellent heat retention compared to other types. If you want a mattress that will hug your body tightly as you sleep on it, then this is the mattress type for you. Finally, hybrid-type mattresses have a layer of innerspring coils as well as several layers of foam. This variety of mattresses offers low heat retention, which is perfect if you sleep hot.
