Our Low Price Guarantee

If, within 30 days of your purchase, you find a local competitor offering a lower price we will refund the difference after verification of the other store's price, product availability and terms. Guarantee applies to the delivered price for in-stock, comparable items of the same brand. If for any reason we are unable to match the price, we'll give you $100 back.

 
 
Our Total Satisfaction Guarantee
Mattresses
120 nights: When purchasing both your mattress and mattress protector from Slumberland; you will receive 120 nights to confirm your satisfaction.
  • First 30 nights: A new mattress has an adjustment period.  In order to qualify for the 120 night comfort guarantee, you must sleep on your mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow both your body and mattress to adjust.
  • After 30 nights, up to 120 nights: if you are unhappy with the comfort, size, or height of your mattress set, a one-time reselect would be available. A $99 re-select fee will apply. No refunds. Applicable delivery fees will also apply.
  • If your reselection is of lesser value, the difference will be placed on a Slumberland gift card or applied to other merchandise.
  • Special order sizes are excluded (Twin XL, Full XL & California King).
Furniture
30 days: After you take possession, if you are unhappy with the size, shape, look or fit of your merchandise:
  • Within the first 5 days a full refund is available.
  • After that, up to 30 days, a one-time reselect is available. A $99 re-select fee will apply.
  • If your reselection is of lesser value, the difference will be placed on a Slumberland gift card or applied to other merchandise.
  • Applicable delivery fees also apply.

All exchanged merchandise must be in original condition to qualify for satisfaction guarantee. We reserve the right to inspect all merchandise prior to issuing credit.

 
Please note, special conditions apply to as-is and special order items:
As-Is/Floor Samples
  • All items need to be picked up or delivered within 14 days of purchase.
  • All sales are final once possession is taken. No refunds or exchanges.
Special Order Merchandise
  • “Special Order” is defined as an item that is custom ordered from the manufacturer, to your specifications.
  • Canceling a special order purchase before taking possession will incur a 25% fee.
  • All sales are final once possession is taken. No refunds or exchanges.
  • No more than 75% of purchase amount can be financed.
 
Exclusions:
These categories of items are exempt from the satisfaction guarantee - no returns or exchanges:
  • Adjustable Power bases.
  • "Top-of-Bed" - Sheets, comforters, pillows, protectors.
  • Special order merchandise.
  • Outlet/Clearance/As-Is/Floor Samples.
  • Items exchanged for warranty claims.
