Our Low Price Guarantee

If, within 30 days of your purchase, you find a local competitor offering a lower price we will refund the difference after verification of the other store's price, product availability and terms. Guarantee applies to the delivered price for in-stock, comparable items of the same brand. If for any reason we are unable to match the price, we'll give you $100 back.

Our Sustainability Pledge

Slumberland Furniture is committed to not only our customers but also the environment. Since 2013, we have utilized solar power at our Little Canada, Minnesota warehouse and store locations in Bloomington, Fridley, Maple Grove, Maplewood, Owatonna, St. Paul, and Woodbury. Slumberland also focuses on recycling, including lightbulbs, cardboard, paper, plastic, metal, electronics, paint, cans, and bottles. Additionally, we offer mattress removal and shredding to reduce landfill impact.

Community Involvement

When you buy from Slumberland Furniture, you’re directly contributing to helping local families. The 40 Winks Foundation provides new mattresses to those in need, giving out more than 45,000 mattresses since 1991. In addition to 40 Winks, Slumberland Furniture also contributes to a variety of organizations (for a complete list, check out our Community Involvement page).

Service and Repairs

Handling Damage (at time of delivery)

  • Any damage to your home or product must be reported to your local store within 5 days.
  • We reserve the right to inspect the damage. Service may be denied if damage was discovered to have occurred after delivery.
  • Slumberland will either repair/replace the item or component, at our discretion.

Manufacturer Defects (Product Warranty Claims)

  • Product warranties vary by manufacturer.
  • Slumberland will help facilitate service based on the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Slumberland reserves the right to inspect all warranty claims and will decide to repair or replace defective merchandise at our discretion – no refunds.
  • Slumberland will provide service within our delivery areas.
  • For the first 90 days, Slumberland will provide service at no charge.
  • After 90 days of the product being in your home, inspection fees, delivery fees, and technician labor costs may apply.
  • For items outside of the manufacturer’s warranty, Slumberland will provide a technician referral in your area.
  • All “As-Is” merchandise sales are final. Manufacturer warranties do not apply.
  • Please refer to any manufacturer’s documentation pertaining to their warranty, care instructions and terms of use.

Our Total Satisfaction Guarantee

All exchanged merchandise must be in original condition to qualify for satisfaction guarantee. We reserve the right to inspect all merchandise prior to issuing credit.

Top of Bed

Protectors, Encasements, Sheets, Blankets, Comforters, Pillows and Toppers

  • 30 day return if product is new in packaging.
  • Toppers – 30 day return after opening for in store credit.
  • Other products non-returnable when product has been opened and not in original packaging.

Mattresses

120 nights: When purchasing both your mattress and mattress protector from Slumberland; you will receive 120 nights to confirm your satisfaction.

  • First 30 nights: A new mattress has an adjustment period. In order to qualify for the 120 night comfort guarantee, you must sleep on your mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow both your body and mattress to adjust.
  • After 30 nights, up to 120 nights: if you are unhappy with the comfort, size, or height of your mattress set, a one-time reselect would be available. A $99 re-select fee will apply. No refunds. Applicable delivery fees will also apply.
  • If your reselection is of lesser value, the difference will be placed on a Slumberland gift card or applied to other merchandise.
  • Special order sizes are excluded (Single Twin XL, Full XL & California King).

Furniture

30 days: After you take possession, if you are unhappy with the size, shape, look or fit of your merchandise:

  • Within the first 5 days a full refund is available.
  • After that, up to 30 days, a one-time reselect is available. A $99 re-select fee will apply.
  • If your reselection is of lesser value, the difference will be placed on a Slumberland gift card or applied to other merchandise.
  • Applicable delivery fees also apply.

Exclusions:

These categories of items are exempt from the satisfaction guarantee - no returns or exchanges:

  • Adjustable Power bases
  • Items exchanged for warranty claims
  • Special order merchandise
  • Clearance

Clearance

Clearance includes floor models, overstocks and customer reselects.

  • All items need to be picked up or delivered within 14 days of purchase.
  • All sales are final once possession is taken. No refunds or exchanges.
  • Manufacturer warranty applies.

As-Is

  • As-Is product is sold without manufacturer’s warranty.
  • All items need to be picked up or delivered within 14 days of purchase.
  • All sales are final once possession is taken. No refunds or exchanges.

Special Order Merchandise

  • “Special Order” is defined as an item that is custom ordered from the manufacturer, to your specifications.
  • Canceling a special order purchase before taking possession will incur a 25% fee.
  • All sales are final once possession is taken. No refunds or exchanges.
  • No more than 75% of purchase amount can be financed.

Refunds

  • Cash and Check refunds will be in the form of a check and issued within 10 business days from when the payment has posted to all bank accounts.
  • Bank/Credit card payments will be refunded back to the same card as the original payment was made. Banks vary on processing time of refunds. A Slumberland Gift card can be substituted if the original card is invalid.
